I work best with companies in growth mode—typically between $5M-$100M in revenue—who are experiencing technology scaling challenges.

I can typically start within 1-2 weeks after our initial consultation and agreement on scope. The onboarding process is streamlined—I’ll conduct stakeholder interviews, audit your current tech stack, and deliver an initial assessment within the first month.

Engagements are typically structured as month-to-month agreements with a 3-6 month initial commitment. This gives us time to make meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility.

I’m hands-on when needed, but let me be clear: you’re not hiring me to be a developer. My value is in knowing what needs to be built and why, not in being the one to build it.

That said, I do get tactical when it makes sense:
